Privacy policy
We collect only what you type into our forms, and use it only to answer you.
Who is responsible
The Dream View Co., Ltd., 34/20 Moo 7, Chalong, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83000, Thailand (registration no. 0835564009099).
What we collect
Request form: the requirement you describe (power, space, locations, term, bandwidth, cross-connects, certifications, start date, notes) and your name, company and email. Correction form: the page, the source link, your note, name and email. Each form also sends the page it was submitted from and the time the page was loaded, which we use to filter automated spam. Our hosting provider records technical request logs, including IP addresses, which we use for security and rate limiting.
Why we use it
To answer your request: to match your requirement with suitable colocation providers, to share the technical requirement with them so they can quote, and to reply to you. Your contact details are shared with a provider only when that is needed to obtain or follow up a quote you asked for. We do not sell personal data or add you to mailing lists.
Who processes it
- Vercel Inc. hosts the site and runs the form handler.
- Telegram delivers form submissions to our team as internal notifications.
- Resend delivers the same submission by email if the notification fails.
Analytics and cookies
We do not run analytics or advertising cookies. The site stores only your colour theme choice in your browser's local storage.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and as required for our accounting records. Delivery logs at our hosting provider expire on their own schedule.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data you sent us. Send the request through the correction form with the email address you used, and write "privacy" in the note.
